What is sent to the mailing list?
We send news information via Email to those on
our mailing list. Every effort will be made to ensure messages
are kept to a reasonable size and number.
How do I get onto the mailing list?
To get onto our mailing list you may enter your
email address in the box above and click JOIN. Alternatively create
an account online, which is a simple process that should only
take a minute or two, just click My Account at the top of the
page now! All information entered will be kept safely following
our privacy policy.
I have an account, why no messages?
We sent out information via our mailing list only
when we have enough news to warrant it. People might think it
junk mail if we sent it all the time. You might have unsubscribed
from the list in the past, see Re-subscribing to the mailing list
below.
I want an account but how do I ensure I DON'T
get on the mailing list?
Create your account if you have not already done
so. Logon to your account by clicking My Account at the top of
any page. Choose amend details within your order summary. Ensure
that the 'no mailing list messages' box is checked and click Next.
How can I UNSUBSCIBE?
Firstly, our apologies if you have received messages
you did not want. At the foot of any messages will be a link you
may click to unsubscribe. Alternatively, if you have opened an
account it can set to receive no mailing list messages (see previous
answer). If you have any difficulty with any of these processes
please email us.
Can ??? be included in the Email sent?
If there is something you would like to see added
to the Email messages sent then please let
us know and we'll consider it.
